Shipping Policy

Shipping Within Canada

Standard shipping to valid delivery addresses in Canada is CAD $12 on orders below CAD $75 and free on orders of CAD $75 or more. Express shipping is available for CAD $20.

Processing and Delivery Time

Please allow up to seven (7) business days for order processing and delivery within Canada. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

This timeline is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery may take longer because of carrier delays, severe weather, high order volumes, remote delivery locations, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if the package arrives damaged, contact us at support@ulyv.ca with your order number and any relevant photos. We will review the issue and work with the carrier and the customer toward an appropriate solution.

Shipping to Europe

For the European destinations we serve, free standard shipping is available on orders of CAD $350 or more. For orders below CAD $350, the available paid shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Shipping Outside Canada

Free domestic shipping applies only to Canadian addresses. If shipping to a destination outside Canada is offered, the available service, price, estimated delivery time, duties, taxes, and other charges will be shown or communicated before the order is completed. International customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes unless otherwise stated.
